張浩然畢業於香港演藝學院，主修應用美術（舞台服裝工藝），獲頒藝術學士（榮譽）學位。畢業後曾從事時装設計及香港(國際)主題公園內特別節日服裝設計。

歌劇服裝設計有：Dido and Aneneas, Romeo and Juliet, Il Trovatore, Madame Butterfly, Merry Widow 等。

2015 年獲香港大學專業及持續進修學院頒發中國繪畫文憑

創作理念：用傳統技法，以當代方式，呈現所思所感。
創作背景：
香港是個中西文化交融及多元的城市。
我在這裡出生及成長，一直受到中西文化的影響。
我喜歡張愛玲在傾城之戀裡寫：『...在這不可理喻的世界裡，誰知道什麼是因、什麼是果，誰知道呢 .......』。
又喜歡貝克特的等待果陀裡的『等』。
我喜歡任白戲寶裡的文字優美，又喜歡 Verdi 歌劇裡的音樂，表演的華麗。
我喜歡傳統中國繪畫中所表達的山水、花鳥、人物，與現實的落差，又喜歡西方抽象畫中的空間及虛實。
我喜歡厚重的筆墨功夫，又喜歡通透的水彩。
我喜歡墨有五彩;又喜歡 Fifty Shades of Grey。
我喜歡任性，更愛任性地創作。
Andrew Cheung majored in Applied Art (costume art) at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) and was awarded Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) degree. He worked in fashion design after graduation and realized from idea to execution of festive costumes for Hong Kong International Theme Parks Limited. He also designed costume for Opera production Dido and Aeneas, Romeo and Juliet, Il Trovatore, Madame Butterfly, Merry Widow.
2015 got the Diploma in Chinese Painting Certificate at the School of Professional and Continuing Education at The University of Hong Kong.
Creative concept
To keep traditional craftsmanship alive by contemporary means, and make you feel like Alice in Wonderland.
Creative background
Hong Kong is a city where Chinese and Western cultures blend and are diverse. I was born and raised here, and has always been influenced by Chinese and Western cultures.
I like Eileen Chang‘s writing [...in this unreasonable world, what is the cause, what is the effect, who knows....]; I like the word [wait] in Beckett's Waiting for Godot. I like the words in Cantonese xiqu masters Ren Bai's play as beautiful treasure; I also like the music in Verdi's operas and the gorgeous performances. I like the landscapes, flowers, birds, characters, and the gap between spatiality and reality expressed in traditional Chinese paintings; I also like the ambiguity in Western abstract paintings. I like traditional pen and ink skills; I like transparent watercolor. I like five shades of black ink; I like Fifty Shades of Grey. I like to be capricious, and I love to create capriciously.
